Ready to install. I just parted out the entire car, check my other listing for some rare parts. Includes the 3 oem screws. Exactly as pictured: oem used Honda part, this is the lock assembly for passenger side front door.

Honda oem P/N: 72110-SH5-A01 lock assay. However, no long-term warranty offered on old Honda parts, sorry. For Honda Civic wagons, this came off of a 1988 rt4wd, but should fit all and 1989 wagons.
